Sophie Lou's Kitchen was founded by Sophie a foodie, baker and kitchen wizard. Sophie grew up cooking with her Italian Nonna which provided the seed of culinary genius for providing amazing home cooked meals, delicious curries and sweet treats for her friends and family over the years.
